2. What This Website Does
Our bill checker tool retrieves publicly available bill information by submitting the Reference Number or Customer ID you enter to MEPCO’s own billing system. We display that result to you for convenience. We do not generate, calculate, alter, or store the bill amounts shown — the figures come directly from MEPCO’s system at the time of your search.
Our district and tehsil guide, FAQ content, and explanatory articles are written and maintained independently by our team, based on publicly available information about MEPCO’s tariffs, procedures, and service area. This content is for general guidance only.
3. No Payment Processing
We do not accept, process, or facilitate electricity bill payments in any form. We do not handle your money, bank details, or payment credentials. All payments must be made through MEPCO’s authorized banks, mobile wallets, or official payment channels. If any page on this site appears to request payment information directly, please stop and contact us immediately — that is not intended behavior of this site.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make a genuine effort to keep bill data, contact numbers, tariff information, and procedural guidance accurate and current. However:
- Bill amounts and due dates are pulled live from MEPCO’s system and are outside our control. If a figure looks wrong, verify it directly with MEPCO before taking action.
- Informational content (tariff explanations, contact numbers, procedures, FAQs) is reviewed periodically but may lag behind official changes. Rules, rates, and contact details change from time to time.
- In case of any conflict between information on this site and MEPCO’s official communications, MEPCO’s official information takes precedence.
